Our restaurant is reserved exclusively for hotel guests and offers a warm, authentic dining experience where nothing is pre-cooked or frozen. Every meal is made to order, using fresh, carefully selected ingredients sourced from local farmers, specialty butchers, and nearby producers.
Each day, we offer a set menu with two options to choose from, or you can select from our à la carte offerings. Our staff is always happy to walk you through the day’s selections and help you find the perfect dish.

• Dinner reservations accepted until 5:00 PM This approach allows us to cook daily with fresh, seasonal vegetables and ingredients straight from the land.
